Banana Oat Cookies

These banana oat cookies are soft on the inside and have a delicate crust. They are quick to make, with healthy ingredients, and simply delicious. Just to my taste - vegan, flour-free, sugar-free, and made with natural ingredients.



Banana Oat Cookies

Servings: 12 cookies | Preparation: 5 min | Cooking: 30 min

  • 230g grounded Almonds
  • 180g grounded Oats
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • Vanilla (optional)
  • 6 Tbsp Water
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C with both upper and lower heat, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. The dry ingredients should be mixed together.
  3. Mash the banana into a puree.
  4. Process the other ingredients together with the mashed banana and the dry ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  5. Using a tablespoon, place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into round cookies.
  6. Bake the cookies for approximately 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  7. Enjoy warm or cooled!
