These banana oat cookies are soft on the inside and have a delicate crust. They are quick to make, with healthy ingredients, and simply delicious. Just to my taste - vegan, flour-free, sugar-free, and made with natural ingredients.
Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredients
- 230g grounded Almonds
- 180g grounded Oats
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp Nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- Vanilla (optional)
- 6 Tbsp Water
How To
- Preheat the oven to 190°C with both upper and lower heat, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- The dry ingredients should be mixed together.
- Mash the banana into a puree.
- Process the other ingredients together with the mashed banana and the dry ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Using a tablespoon, place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into round cookies.
- Bake the cookies for approximately 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Enjoy warm or cooled!
